Tinsel Copper Wire

Tinsel copper wire is produced through electrolyte copper, cadmium copper or silver platted copper. In the process, copper wire is being flatted and is covered through various thred such as cotton, nylon, silver, nomex, kevlar etc. as per requirement. After that, braiding, twisting and stranding are done on the same to get final tinsel wire. These wires are used widely in speakers, loudspeakers, tweeters coils and telecoms cable.
